The Liverpool-based guitarist James Rigby makes his Ramble debut with a stunning set of fingerpicking, folk instrumentals informed by ragtime, bluegrass blues and Celtic music.

Taking his cues from John Renbourn, Adrian Legg, Roy Harper, Chett Atkins, Fernando Sor, and David Qualey, James’ dexterous playing is meticulously and smooth and while his songwriting is reminiscent of UK 60s folk, his compositions are honest, inventive and welcoming.
