Finnish artists Cut Beetlez mostly known for their work in the hip-hop field have released the avant-jazz release Free... BOOM!

The Cut Beetlez duo H.P Lovescratch and DJ J-Man enlisted saxophone veteran Rodney Chapman aka Godfather Don (William Parker, Eric Plaks, Vijay Anderson) to accompany them on several tracks and the result is a wonderful slice of post-bop, groove-laden, lyrical improvised jazz.
