Peruvian musician and psyche legend, Chino Burga got his start in the mid 90's and was member of La Ira de Dios, 3AM & Culto al Qondor. Having already released two incredible albums by Peruvian space-rockers, Culto Al Qondor, Chino began to focus on his solo career developing his signature drone sound with hard driving kosmische and dark soundscapes creating a hypnotic space trance. The result was the album Letanias. Influenced by the likes of Klaus Schulze and Manuel Gottsching (Ash Ra Temple, Tangerine Dream, Ashra), the album boasts two 20+ minute monolithic tracks of Kosmiche minimalism and deep space sounds. The tracks were deliberately recorded with a D Minor tuning that vibrates at 396Hz which, some believe, possess a healing quality.

“The album has a whole concept of healing frequencies at 396Hz which is supposed to open your root chakra…and according to metaphysical studies red is the color for that frequency…. I know, I know…hippie bullshit hahahaha but it's a concept thing!”
