From the disgruntled rumblings of “Tool Box” to the searing metallic distortion of "Incinerator," the clean resonances of “Cinnamon” to the bleating sheep-pipes opening “Ghost Ship,” Cartoon Heart is as wide-ranging as it is collaborative, an innovative step forward from an international trio that defies easy categorization.
